I work at the intersection of insight, culture and creative strategy, helping agencies and brands make sense of the world with the people they’re designing for.

I bring a facilitation-first approach to my work, shaped as much by mutual aid organising and peer-led learning as by agency experience. I’ve trained in equitable facilitation and led everything from imagination workshops to long-term leading-edge communities.

What really makes me tick is collaboration: bringing clients, consumers and communities together early, often, and meaningfully. That’s where the aha-moments and the real opportunities live.

And while I’m not in the business of making decks for the sake of it (see domain name 😏), when the time comes, I’ll use strong editorial instincts to write you one that actually lands.

Also: I have triplet toddlers. So yes, I know a thing or two about chaos, creativity and consensus-building under pressure.
